Eyes on WD Cooncil

It's been a wee while since I have ranted about my local Cooncil,Its pretty hard tae have a rant when the cooncil has gone part-time.Because some of them in the Liebour run Cooncil have full-time jobs. The Cooncil now meet every 3 months so any transparency or accountability is impossible,the leader Councillor Martin Rooney[S.A.D]  runs a tight ship making sure all Councillor's do as he says hence the SAD after his name stands for Short Arsed Dictator. Some may thing I am being cheeky & abusive towards him,but I'm not he likes to dish it out. Lets see how he likes it back. In one of my previous rants I had a go at him for slagging an SNP Councillor, while in the opposition.

     Now Labour have supposedly being running 
     the cooncil since May 2012 but apparently 
     that's not the fact it's been the managers of the 
     various departments that have being doing so.
          How do I know this because its been confirmed 
     by a very reliable sources,if this is the way
     Labour wish tae run the cooncil then they must 
    be held accountable before this starts tae have
    serious consequences for the people & service
    in West Dunbartonshire. Something has to be
   done before this bunch of self serving idiots 
   make a total balls up of the cooncil

WDC Liebour Cooncil Going For Bust

          W.D.C Liebour Cooncil,Going For Bust

Well for a party who had no manifesto going in to the local Cooncil  elections in May. They have now come up with some wonderful ideas, aye right.

I found it on their web site, Its called Great Expectations-(Charles Dickens) Cooncils Strategic Plan 2012-2017 a work of pure fiction.

Strategic Plan- The political administration policy that sets out the future direction of the Liebour Cooncil (Bankruptcie) It identifies strategy,vision & effectiveness to take the Cooncil forward,Councillor Rooney(Short Arse) said " Our organisational values act as a guiding beacon & provide a framework that underpins the Cooncils vision(Use the SNPs manifesto)

Strategic Policies- SPEND SPEND & INCREASE RENTS by 40 to 50% build new schools,build new houses,improve existing housing stock,create jobs.(Aye they where going to start Apprentices @ £7.50 per hr) Improve the wellbeing of communities & protect the welfare of elderly & vulnerable people( Aye,by privatizing them)

 This is my take of what the Liebour Cooncil plan for the next 5yrs,when the SNP won the 2007 Cooncil Election. The Cooncil where 6mths away from being bankrupt,they turned it round & WDC became one of the best preforming Cooncils, all this good work is about to be undone.

Well it's been nearly 2 months since Liebour re-took West Dunbartonshire cooncil. Aye they nearly bankrupted it the 

last time they where in charge, apparently the new SNP

cooncil of 5yrs ago took on an administration that was on

the brink. Liebour of course would deny this but we know

the TRUTH

I'll start by having a wee pop at their vertically challenged 

leader MR M ROONEY. Who thinks its okay to slag of  a 

fellow Councillor,who happens to be my local SNP

Their main balls up so far is stopping the transfer of the 
cooncils housing stock, It's going to cost an estimated £95 million
to Improve the housing,resulting in a 40% increases in rents over the next 4yrs. How are they going to raise that a mount of cash?? at Wonga.com


Liebour nearly destroyed West Dunbartonshire before this time I think they may succeed, Well the cooncils in recess till August. When I will rant more about Liebours folly.

The Yes campaign has started & over the coming months,we will here why Independence is BAD for Scotland from the pro-union party's. We will also hear why Independence is good for Scotland

This is not about any political party's,though the SNP are giving the people of Scotland a chance to decide our country's  future.For to long now the Scottish people have been told what to do by Westminster,in 1997 the people voted for devolved powers.

Though those powers allow a Scottish Government to run the country,its stops short of allowing the Scottish people the freedom to govern ourselves.

In the Autumn of 2014 we will get that chance,I WILL BE VOTING YES & my reason is very simple, I believe that future generations of Scots young & old should benefit from our country's riches, Oil,Whisky, Tourism, Innovations in green energy etc.

Over the coming months I will use my blog as a place for me to rant [I do that already] I will take the spin off it & tell it as I see it, a lot better than shouting at the telly [They cannie hear you ]

I have had my fill of Unionist PISH, I am not going to be told how my country is going to "Do As Your Told", Alec beat them to it by saying Autumn2014. I don't know how Westmidden can dictate to us on how OUR REFERENDUM. its our choice.


So it should be the Government of Scotland that decides when it takes the Question to the people, not The UK Government. So Eton Dave & ConDum's,their Labour pals can GO & TAKE A FUCK!. 


Now can we get the peace & the time to organize our own referendum or you can give us your one, then if that's the case. I hope & pray every Woman & man in Scotland vote's YES.


Then at last my country will be FREE to Govern It's Self,without interference from a Government that dictates.

It's Started,we now have a time for the Independence Referendum
Autumn 2014. As M Moore stood up too tell Westmidden how they are going to run OUR REFERENDUM ,Alex Salmond informed the people of Scotland its Autumn 2014.


The Unionista's brought forth their spokesperson's & attacked at every opportunity.I don't know about anyone else,but what i have seen so far convinces me that the Unionista's have one hell of a job on their hands.Why? because of Dave's announcement on Monday, the SNP web site was having problems coping with the demand for new membership's.


So over the next few years watch for the Furtiveness of  ermine clad Lord's & MP's who will betray their fellow Scot's,so be aware that not all you hear is true but propaganda,furtiveness  & treachery.

You are telling us the people & Government of Scotland how our referendum shall be when you say. Your on a roll Dave 1st the Euro veto now this,if you think for a minute the Scottish people are going to listen to you, NO CHANCE!


The same question as usual WHEN IS IT? When our Government decides, not you ya fool. In the 2nd term of this parliament, is that clear. Now get back to running the country & keep yer nose out of our business.

                 Time To Prepare Your T.A.P


I attend my CA meeting the other night,it was to discuss how we can tailor the Independence Campaign to the requirements of our constituency. That's how  I came up with T.A.P- Tactics Against Propaganda. 


Over the next few months The S.N.P will  start to prepare for 
THE INDEPENDENCE REFERENDUM . As Nationalists we need to be able to counteract the lies,That the Tory led britnat propaganda machine will pump out on a daily basis & they have already started.


First up the Chancer of the Exchequer, Mr G Osborne  
informing the media pack, "THAT COMPANY'S ARE WARY  OF INVESTING IN SCOTLAND" because of they are unsure of what is happening? George TELL US the COMPANY'S names or are you telling LIE'S? 


So my fellow CYBERNATS make sure yer T.A.P is ready,Twitter,Facebook,Blogs. Also sign up with the local & national papers ie Daily Record on-line[no fee] you can comment on negative articles etc. REMEMBER be polite & to the point,do not get in to a debate if you START receiving abuse.

On Saturday 29th October 2011 Iain Gray gave his final speech to the Labour activists,he is about to be replaced as Leader of Scottish Labour. He announced after the landslide victory of the S.N.P that he was stepping down.


During this speech he accused hardline nationalists of  "poison politics" he warned his successor he or she would face personal attacks & smears & so will your families from S.N.P supporters branded Cybernats.


Now in the lead up to the elections in May Mr Gray was the butt of many a joke & his fellow colleagues suffered a similar fate. We all remember the day the Hero Aid Worker [ "I HAVE WALKED THE KILLING FIELDS CAMBODIA & SEEN THE GENOCIDE OF RWANDA"]  legged it through Central Station in Glasgow to get away from cuts Protesters,in to a Subway Sandwich Shop & then a Taxi as a getaway car.I do not recall reading anything about attacks on politicians family's, especially  those of Labour


Well Iain, My Great Grandfather & My Grandfather fought in wars so that I & Others would have the right to free speech. Are we not allowed to question the integrity of a person,or ask questions about lies & sleaze or even write about it? Well not if it involves Scottish Labour.

Today the Prime Minister of the UK announced that BP are to invest £4.5bn oil project west of the Shetland Islands [SCOTLAND]


Which is great news for Scotland,it will create job's,revenue etc for the Scottish Treasury, when Scotland becomes an Independent Country.


In the meantime it will go to the UK treasury,to pay for Illegal wars.PPI/PFI projects etc.


The quicker the people of Scotland breakaway from that black hole called Westminster the better.

Now the Tories are putting their bit in regarding Independence & banking, Osborne using RBS as an example of bad banking.If Thatcher & her Tory chums had not started to deregulated them in the fucking first place maybe there wouldn't be a fucking banking crisis.


Now after Clegg & Moore at the Libdem conference spouted the same point & question "WHEN DO THE S.N.P PLAN TO HOLD THE REFERENDUM ?" Alex Salmond answered the question after the landslide of the 5th of May, In the 2nd part of this Parliament.


Then today Eton Dave is on the radio having his tuppence worth by accusing Alex Salmond of "endless militate" & "make things unstable in terms of Scotland's relationship with the UK"


Eton Dave had to come out & say something after Annabele Goldie said that The Scots are not "SUBSIDY JUNKIES" mind you she also put the boot in on a date for the referendum.
If they are that keen hold their own REFERENDUM & FUCK OFF & LET THE PEOPLE OF OUR SCOTLAND DECIDE WHEN THE TIME COME'S!

                The 12th Lomond folk festival


This is not what I would usually Blog about,but its my local Folk Festival. This weekend is The Lomond Folk Festival 29th-31st July. So if you have nothing planned why dont you visit the lovely village of Balloch home of the Festival.

PRE SCHOOL NURSERY FOR ALL CHILDREN

Every child is entitled to a least 2yrs at pre school nursery before starting primary one,how would you react as parent/parents finding out that your child will only get 8 months if they are lucky?


You would probably be none to happy & want answers? Well it has happened to friends of mine,their youngest is due to start school in August 2012. Because the child's birthday is early in the year they should have started 6 months ago & not starting at Three & a half.


Maybe if the system was fair the child should have started earlier,It seems as if you or your spouse works & your children are well mannered & are well behaved,then your child is penalized by your local council, because they prioritize nursery places, if you are a drug addict your child gets 2 years at nursery,if you are a single parent & not working your child gets 2 years at nursery. Unfortunately if you or your spouse works or your are a working single parent yer FUCKED. 


You pay your council tax & taxes your kids are the ones being disadvantaged,this is apparently council policy. I wonder how many council employees children only get 8 months at nursery.

WHY WE MUST SAVE THE COASTGUARDS


The Coastguard Stations with in the UK are about to face disgraceful cutbacks by the present Coalition Government. The result of these cuts will leave the waters that surround our coast with out proper rescue teams & rescue co-ordination.

Eton Dave & Co plan to reduce the number of Coastguard stations from 18 to 8. Leaving 8 stations to co-ordinate search & rescue operations for the whole of the UK coastline,3 station will be maned 24/7, another 5 will be operating during the day only.

Coastguards rely on a good local knowledge of their area,that knowledge can not be programed into a computer or put on list to be read during a search & rescue.How would a coastguard in Southern England be able to co-ordinate a S&R in the waters of the North of Scotland, without that very important local knowledge.

The coalition government in Westminster are putting saving money ahead of saving lifes,what happens if there where to be a major incident in the River Clyde involving a ferry & submarine?
